It’s been a busy year. We moved across country this summer. Let me tell you, bringing two little passengers thousands of miles in a car with no air conditioning is no small task. But we did it, and here we are several months later. It felt like we were in the eye of storm for a while but the dust is finally settling. Now that I can take deep breaths and eat sitting down again, I wanted to take a few moments to get back to looking at my health and wellness goals.
Let me first say- I have accomplished a lot in the past year. I did notice, however, my goal to strength train and meditate regularly haven’t exactly been accomplished. The beautiful thing is though – we have four more weeks in 2017. I am going to get to work!

Hey All, I wanted to let you know that I passed my Health Coach Certification exam. It’s official. Yay! I am so excited to begin my journey as a Health Coach! I learned a ton in the process of preparing for the test. I still have a lot to learn, but I wanted to take a moment to update you and thank you for your continued support.
